AI: Reads the tables, forms, classes and X++ code in your development environment, read-only. It flags gaps and contradictions in the scenarios before development starts.
Approval: The analysis document goes to our analyst, then to you for approval.

2Development

We write quickly, to fit your structure.

Our team: Sets the technical design and reviews the code.
AI: Writes the code from the approved analysis. It works with three layers of knowledge: Microsoft's standard F&O code, your customisations and our team's shared experience.
Approval: Technical approval stays with our team. Every change carries a “Claude + date + reason” trail and a separate object prefix, so it is always clear who wrote what.

3Testing

We test before we hand over.

Our team: Runs builds, synchronisation and testing.
AI: Prepares test scenarios and checks. On suitable projects, it automates UI tests.
Approval: Test approval stays with our team. AI has no write access to production.

4Documentation

Knowledge stays in the system, not in one person's head.

Our team: Structures documents to our own standard.
AI: Prepares user and analyst documentation and runs the final check.
Approval: Our team reviews every document. The shared experience base grows with each piece of work, so your project keeps its memory even when consultants change.

5Training

Your users are not left on their own.

Our team: Trains your key users.
AI: Writes the training documents. Training and support continue through chatbots that know your system.
Approval: Final approval at go-live is yours.
