This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) ("KVKK") in relation to the processing of the personal data of persons who visit the dinamikcozum.com website and who contact us.

3. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected from you through the contact form on the site, by email and by phone, and by automated means through server logs and (if you give consent) analytics cookies.
4. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to the following groups of recipients, limited to the purposes above:
- Service providers: the company providing the site's hosting service and Google (Google Workspace), which provides our corporate email infrastructure. The information you send through the contact form is delivered to this infrastructure as an email.
- Analytics service provider: Google (Google Analytics), only if you give consent to analytics cookies.
- Authorised public institutions and organisations: within the scope of our legal obligations, upon request.
The servers of the hosting, email and analytics service providers may be located abroad. These transfers are made within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 9 of KVKK and, as regards analytics cookies, on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Retention periods
- Contact requests and correspondence: 2 years from the conclusion of the request.
- Consent to commercial electronic messages: until you withdraw your consent; after withdrawal, for the statutory period required for evidential purposes.
- Server logs: for the period set out in the applicable legislation.
- Analytics cookies: for the periods stated in the cookie policy.
Data whose retention period has expired is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- request information about the processing if your personal data has been processed,
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
- request rectification if your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- request erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK,
- request that the rectification, erasure and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- object to a result that is to your detriment arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- claim compensation for damages if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

7. Applications
You can send your requests concerning your rights, together with information sufficient for us to verify your identity, by email to info@dinamikcozum.com or in writing to our address above. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
