Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most about how we work with AI, where your data stays and Dynamics 365 projects.
Working with AI
What does Dinamik Çözüm do?
We develop Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects with Claude: analysis, development, testing, documentation and training. We also provide AI consulting, AI projects, custom software built with AI, consulting for development teams and dark factory consulting. We also develop Diot, our industrial IoT product family.
What does developing Dynamics 365 with Claude mean?
Claude reads the tables, forms, classes and X++ code in your development environment. It works with a knowledge layer of more than 140,000 chunks of Microsoft's standard F&O code and with our team's shared knowledge base. It prepares the analysis document, the code, the test scenarios and the documentation. Approval, build, testing and go-live are handled by our team.
Does the AI also know our own customisations?
Yes. A catalogue of the objects specific to you and your documents are kept in a separate collection, and while it works Claude reads your code directly from the development environment. New development is written to fit your existing setup.
Does our data leave our environment?
Your code and data stay in your own development environment, and the vector index is local. Claude processes only the context of the task it is working on, and that context is sent to the Anthropic API. We do not say "no data ever leaves". We tell you plainly what goes where.
Can the AI write to our production system?
No. It has no permission to write to production. Build, testing, check-in and go-live are done by people, and the decision rests with our team.
Can you tell which code the AI wrote?
Yes. Every change carries a "Claude + date + reason" comment, and new objects get a separate prefix.
What is a dark factory in software?
It is a way of producing software in which AI agents carry out most of the repetitive work, while people design the line, set the rules and approve the result. People are not taken out of the loop. Decisions and approval stay with them.
Dynamics 365 and AX
Can Dynamics AX 2009 and 2012 still be used?
Technically, yes. However, Microsoft's official support for these versions has ended. That means security risks, integration problems and rising maintenance costs. It is not sustainable in the long run.
Is moving from AX 2009 / 2012 to Dynamics 365 mandatory?
It is not mandatory for every company at the same time, but in the medium to long term it is becoming unavoidable. We work out with you when to move and with what scope.
Does moving to Dynamics 365 mean starting from scratch?
No. With proper analysis, most of your existing processes can be kept. The aim is not to redo everything but to carry over what works.
What happens to our existing data during the move?
The data is analysed in detail. What is usable is migrated, and corrupt or unnecessary data is left behind, so the new system does not inherit the old problems.
Can you rescue our stalled or underperforming Dynamics project?
Yes. We do not throw your project away. First, with the help of AI, we analyse the existing code, customisations, integrations and data to identify the problem areas and weak points. Then we fix the problems while protecting your existing investment, and get the system working as well as it can for your business.
Can we work with you if we already have an ERP partner?
Yes. We work with partners on a complementary basis: the customer relationship stays with the partner, and scope and duration are agreed in writing at the outset.
How we work
Is the first meeting a sales meeting?
No. The first meeting is to understand your situation. We talk openly about what can be done and where the limits are, and if it is not a good fit, we tell you.
Do you sell licences or modules?
No. We do not sell licences, modules or versions. If you do not need something, we say so.
How do we get started?
Contact us through the contact form, by email (info@dinamikcozum.com) or by phone (+90 532 203 47 63, Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00, Istanbul time). We start with a short introductory call.
