Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects across different industries and sizes. All of them went live and are still in use today.

Kisbu Group · Basal · NonwoTech · Fibril

Kisbu Group

We have worked with Kisbu Group for many years. The system was live in the group companies but was not being used well. We completed missing and faulty developments, built management reporting and monitoring, and designed and delivered a bespoke MES inside Dynamics 365.

Today we carry out the Dynamics 365 development for Kisbu Group companies with Claude, using the approach described on this site.

Consortium coordinated by Microsoft

Indo Kordsa

The system had not yet gone live, and there were gaps in many modules, including production, quality control, sales, purchasing and warehouse management. Microsoft brought together a consortium of solution partners, and Dinamik Çözüm was an active member of it.

The project went live in about six months. The company still uses the system.

Reimplementation · public sector reporting

İston

The system was live but did little for day-to-day operations. We started with a support model, and the decision was then taken to rebuild the system from the ground up. We developed production, sales, purchasing, shipping and warehouse management, along with the specific reports that public bodies require.

After data cleansing and the transfer of opening balances, the system went live. İston still uses Dynamics 365 F&O.

Glass manufacturing · ICRON integration

Star Grup

At the start, the system could only be used for sales orders. At the company's request we took the ERP back to first principles and redeveloped production, sales, purchasing, shipping and warehouse modules, including the detail glass manufacturing needs, machine planning processes and the ICRON integration.

Legacy data was cleaned up. The company still uses the system.

Go-live

Gülaylar Altın

When the project started, the system had not gone live. We completed the missing developments, managed the go-live and took Dynamics 365 F&O into production.

The company continues to use the system actively.

Shop floor to ERP integration

İşbir

The system was not live when the project began. Once the missing developments were completed and the system went live, we built direct online integrations between the shop floor and the ERP. The machine integrations solved a number of operational problems.

The company uses the system, and development continues as needs arise.

Pelsan · Teksis · Telasis

Pelsan

The system could only be used to track sales orders. After analysing the existing setup, and at the company's request, we reimplemented Dynamics 365 F&O. Every process was redesigned, from printing plate tracking to production, sales, purchasing, shipping, warehouse management and the barcode system.

Faulty data was weeded out, and usable data and balances were migrated. The company still uses the system.

Go-live

STC Pay

When the project started, the system was not live. We completed the missing developments, managed the go-live and took Dynamics 365 F&O into production.

The company continues to use the system actively.

What these projects taught us

ERP projects rarely struggle because of the software. They struggle because they are not managed. Analysing the existing setup properly, keeping what works and fixing the problem areas in a controlled way is usually the soundest route.

Success does not end at go-live. It is measured by whether the system becomes a natural part of daily operations and keeps improving. We apply the same principle today when we work with AI.
